Foba Fiber Laser
Foba Y.0XXX series:
With a fiber laser from Foba, you achieve permanent marking on a wide range of materials including metal, rubber, plastic and packaging film. A very fine spot size gives excellent results and makes Foba's Fiber lasers ideal for marking very small components or large amounts of information in small areas. All kinds of codes (QR codes, DMC / DataMatrix codes, barcodes), alphanumeric characters, logos and letters are marked very precisely with fiber lasers. Ideal for the pharmaceutical industry, medical equipment, automotive and electronics industry, ID and type plates as well as plastic packaging.
Foba Y.1000 Series:
High performance pays off: In this case with the Y.1000 and the highest marking quality and speed as well as increased productivity and system uptime. The small, yet extremely powerful 100 watt fiber laser applies sharp, clear marks on resistant materials that can permanently withstand even the harshest conditions. Therefore, FOBA's Y.1000 is particularly suitable for marking automotive parts and aerospace components - such as engine and powertrain parts, transmission components, hard plastics and plastic products such as cable or extrusion parts - that are subjected to high loads. In addition to the reliable marking quality, the fast line speeds meet the highest demands for increased capacity, production efficiency and productivity.
The 100watt laser, with its compact design, is also good for high line speeds (up to 600 m/min) for mark-on-the-fly applications
High contrast marking at high speed:
Sharp and clear permanent markings at ultra-fast line speeds ensure increased capacity, reliable traceability and tamper-proofing + High-precision scanning head delivers consistent, high-quality codes across the entire marking field on hard plastics, metals and other industrial products.
High performance and reliable uptime:
Foba's lasers require a minimum of maintenance, this means that you are always sure of high performance and reliable uptime.
Built-in productivity:
High line speeds (up to 600 m/min) for mark-on-the-fly applications + 498 mm wide marking field (with f = 420 mm lens) allows more time to mark, more capacity and higher productivity
Easy line integration:
Compact mechanical design for easy integration in tight environments + flexible configuration and data communication for line and OEM integrations
